- All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have left our store.
- No exceptions will be made unless specifically approved by a member of Simple Pleasures management.
- If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Management will review the issue and determine if an exchange, credit, or refund is appropriate.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
